will also take you to explore the town and rural areas of Stone
Island.
Your guide has some of the
finest horses you'll find anywhere in Mexico. Well-fed, strong
and well-trained, these horses are equally comfortable with experienced
riders and children alike.
Beach Horseback Riding Highlights
 Approximately
1.5 hours of riding - more than any other
horseback riding tour in Mazatlan! All this and we still

Free
pickup from your hotel or cruise ship in an Auriga, a
type of open-air truck special to Mazatlan.
Short
boat ride in a Mexican panga-style boat to famed Stone Island, where the fun
begins!
Horseback ride through small towns, coconut plantations,
mangroves, a great view of El Faro, the tallest non-manmade
lighthouse in the world, and along the beautiful virgin beaches
and lapping
surf of the Pacific Ocean makes for a great insight and photos
of rural Mazatlan.
Stop
at an oceanfront restaurant where you can enjoy a drink and
the view of the ocean.
After
the tour, you can stay on the island and enjoy lunch or drinks at the restaurant,
beach volleyball, swimming, or other activities.
Runs: Daily at 9:30 AM
Duration: 4 Hours Approximately, but you can spend
more time after the tour if you like.

recommended for pregnant women or people with severe back
problems.

MAZATLAN FUN CARD
OUR ADVICE:
You'll want to wear
long pants for the riding portion of the day.
We rode horses in
shorts once, and our legs were rubbed raw on the inside from the
motion of the horse. Long pants will protect your legs so
you have the most possible fun.
You can bring a backpack
and change into shorts or a swimsuit after the tour if you want.
We also recommend that ladies consider wearing a sports bra or other
supportive undergarment.
If you're after a
picturesque day of riding horses at water's edge along miles of
virgin beach, this is the tour for you - breathtaking!
AFTER THE TOUR
After the horseback
riding tour, you can either take our boat back over to town, or
you can relax on Stone Island for the day, enjoying the restaurants,
ocean, beaches, and facilities. Please note that return
transportation is only provided if you return with the group,
however, so if you stay you'll need to grab a taxi back.
