When you arrive at Mazatlan International Airport (MZT), formally known as General Rafael Buelna International Airport, you will probably want nothing more than to peacefully get into your airport transfer vehicle and head straight to your hotel.  With our airport shuttle and transfer services, you can do just that.  You can avoid getting scammed in the timeshare pit, or having to negotiate your taxi fare by pre-booking one of our comfortable, late model vehicles. Your driver will meet you when you arrive, help you with your luggage and show you to your shuttle. No stress, no worries.

Our Advice: We always recommend private transfers for groups of 3 or more. It is almost the same price as 3 people on a shared transfer and much more convenient and comfortable.

Q: IS YOUR GROUND TRANSPORTATION SHARED OR PRIVATE?
A: We have both options, you can choose the one you prefer above.

Q: WHAT IF I NEED TO GO TO A LOCATION THAT IS NOT ON YOUR LIST?
A:  If you don't see your hotel listed, just call us toll-free at 1 (877) 847-7297 or email us.

Q: CAN I JUST SHOW UP AT THE AIRPORT AND HIRE YOUR TRANSFER THERE?
A:  You must have an advance reservation to use our airport transfer service.  Please be aware that once inside the airport, you will find many people telling you they are there to take you to your hotel, but most are timeshare salesmen that will say anything to get you to their sales desk.  Do not talk to these folks unless you are interested in viewing a timeshare property.  It may be quite chaotic and confusing.  We will give you instructions on how to bypass all of that and meet your driver who will be waiting for you.

Q: I'M ALREADY IN MAZATLAN, CAN YOU TAKE ME BACK TO THE AIRPORT?
A: Due to taxi union rules, we cannot accept departure reservations after you are already in Mazatlan. If you want round-trip transfers you will need to book them in advance of arriving to Mazatlan. One-way transfers are only available Airport to Hotel and not Hotel to Airport. You need to use a taxi for departure-only transfers.

Q: HOW FAR OF A RIDE IS IT FROM THE MAZATLAN AIRPORT TO MY HOTEL?
A:  That will all depend on the location of your hotel.  It typically takes between 20 minutes and 40 minutes depending on the location of your hotel.

Q: I HAVE A BIG GROUP - DO YOU DO GROUP TRANSFERS?
A:  Yes, we have buses available for groups of all sizes.  You'll want private transfers.

Q:  DO YOU HAVE KIDS PRICES?  CAR SEATS?
A:  Kids are the same price as adults if they use a seat.  Kids under 2 years old can ride in their parents lap and not pay.  Car seats are not available so you would need to bring your own if you wish to have one.
