FLIGHT ARRIVAL INFORMATION

Date - Type in the date you are arriving in Mazatlan. Please type it like this: July 23, 2012.  This avoids confusion because in the U.S. you list the Month first while in most other parts of the world you list the day first.

Time - The scheduled arrival time of your flight (from your ticket) - please remember to tell us if it's AM or PM.

Airline - The name of the airline you'll be arriving on (i.e. American Airlines or Alaska Airlines).

Flight # - The flight number you'll be arriving on as shown on your ticket.

Hotel - The Name of the hotel or condo we'll drop you off at.  If staying at a private residence please type the address.

Time - The scheduled departure time of your flight (from your ticket) - please remember to tell us if it's AM or PM. You do not need to request a pickup time.  We know when to pick you up based on your hotel and departure time.  We'll let you know when and where with your confirmation.

Airline - The name of the airline you'll be departing on (i.e. American Airlines or Alaska Airlines).

Flight # - The flight number of your departing flight on as shown on your ticket.

Hotel - The Name of the hotel or condo we'll pick you up at.  If staying at a private residence please type the address.  We list this field twice because many people spend a few nights at one hotel, then switch over to another hotel during their stay.

Special Requests - If you have any specific needs (i.e. you have a wheelchair, etc), or would like to tell us anything else you think we should know, this is where you can tell us.
