Mazatlan is well known around the world for
it's mountain biking prowess. In fact, it was chosen as
the site for the 2000 World Cup of Mountain Biking! This
epic ride takes you up into the surrounding hills, where you'll
be treated to panoramic vistas of Sinaloa State, Mazatlan, and
the Sierra Madre mountain range.
At about 100 km in length (60 miles), this
ride will last a solid 8 hours. At it's apex, you'll reach
the beautiful town of El Quelite,
where you'll stop for lunch (optional) at El Meson de los
Laureanos, a fabulous Mexican restaurant with the coolest
bathrooms you may have ever seen. Then it's back on the
trail for the exhilarating downhill back to Mazatlan!
Epic Mountain Biking Tour Highlights
 Ride
with your expert Mountain Biking guide through the wilds
of Mazatlan, up into the Sierra Madre mountain range, to the
cozy town of El Quelite!
Ride
singletrack, doubletrack, and back roads up, and of course down,
the Sierra Madre, as you pump out approximately 100 km of
mountain biking glory!
Have
lunch (optional) at one of the area's coolest local restaurants,
in the town of El Quelite!

Trail Length: Approximately 100 km (60 miles)
Runs: Daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Earlier if
Possible).
Duration: 8 Hours Approximately.

well as a lot of downhill. If you're an avid mountain
biker, this is the ride for you.
